Computers and Hierarchy - Management

A hierarchy is an organizational structure in which items are ranked according to levels of importance. Most governments, corporations and organized religions are hierarchical.

In IT field there are so many positions and levels each one is authorized  to do  upto some limits and also having defined responsibility.  But  Team member or  just joined trainee can be equated to basic computer architecture.

• Interrupt controller
• Direct Memory Access Controller
• Co-processor
• Parallel processor

Each and every request will be  received  at interrupt controller and passed on to processor  like newly joined trainee seeks help from his next superior and acts as per his priority and procedures.

But the DMA controller will have  certain autonomy  like it will get instruction from main processor but for the assignment it will take control of the IO Devices and finishes the job without disturbing the main processor and hand over the resources to processor on completion.  This is like Team leader getting guide line from  Project manger and perform his development.

Again co-processor has  more powers than DMA and always  helps main processor and reduces its load on mathematical operation and it is better than processor in certain operations.  This can be equated to  Project Manager to delivery Head 

Parallel processor has its own resources and  performs independent operations and all resources are assigned to that  (NUMA) also it performs  parallel tasks and independent tasks depending on the requirement.  Like Delivery Head to VP or MD of the Unit.

Always whenever position increases the responsibility increases  but working time reduces and authority is more.  Is it true  ....................  something i m hearing don't think so..

Give and Take - Three Fridends

Anything which is not without expectation is merely possible in this world. Even in our mahabharat what is given in left will not be known to right which is possible but the purpose of giving is expectation not in the value but here the name.

There are three different type of friends, one will always speak and will not allow you to speak and always you need to listen to him only.  The second will always listen to you but the one  which you don't want to say. It means if you want tell him a line of secret he will get entire page and it is difficult to get escape from his questions.   Some times we fear to cross such person when you have some secret or less time.  The third person will speak and also listen to you. and it is possible with him what you want to speak and how much you want to speak.

Also it is clear the person is healthy when he feels some body is depend on him or he is for some purpose.  In practical most of the persons fall sick shortly after retirement.  Some many years they could put their effort but after retirement they feel exhausted and that creates unhealthy feelings.   It is important to keep some purpose /work after retirement. It will be better if it is for help without expectation.

Happiness always comes from inner.  Expect yoga and some able persons it is true. But most of the persons happiness always comes from outside  and mainly from the inner circle of people around us.  Always give good happiness to then and you will definitely receive in multiple folds.Controlling your feelings is like shaking a petrol bottle one day it will burst.

Be Happy and Grow Good Things

The surface area of a   object is   total area that the surface of an object occupies or exposed to. Here the object refers to anything  it can be an container ,  our hand  even our mind. if the surface is big it will attract big or take big next time it will grow expand even more things it will attract.

Let us take our mind,  if we listens to speech of a famous person we understands  based on our capacity that is how we know earlier about the subject he is speaking.   the same speech what ever we under stands  will differ if  we listens the same speech after a year or some time because of our learnings  will make the difference.  It is applicable  to anything even to computers.

If the surface area is more it attracts more like in computer if we install more programs and apps (of course serves more) and it obviously require more updates and also prone to more attacks.

We should be careful in what we keep in minds   as it is clear that  it will grow exponential what we keep  anger grows anger , happiness grows happy and it will spread to others also. So the decision to keep what in our minds is fully with us.  That is why our gurus told happiness is an internal thing and the external things tempts to react but our learning will guide the proper reaction most of the time keep quite.

Growths is assured but what is growing is in our hand and once it reaches to certain level it is difficult to suppress if something unwanted like anger/worry/jealousy etc., It  will continue to expand and this only decides our  face value.

Every one has some value to others also every one has their own value system example my value for 100 Rs is different from other or it is for a crorepathy. Same is the case with everything even words and their feelings  everything differs person to person that means every one has their own dictionary ?
may not be correct but surely the weightage will differ.
